Description: Full renovation of an existing on-story 45,000 square foot strip mall, and new two-story 16,000 square foot addition.  Base building coordination with new anchor store Walgreens.  Coordination, phasing and relocation of some existing tenants, and vanilla box design for new tenant spaces.

Meals on Wheels

Location: 460Z Brielle Avenue, Staten Island, NY

Description: New construction 3-story, 30,000 square foot facility for the esteemed non-profit organization.  The facility contains two fully-equipped commercial kitchens, packing/distribution area, administrative offices, storage, loading dock and separate repair garage.  Additionally, the building has been designed as an energy efficient building with cogeneration plant and solar panel system.

Key Foods

Location: 589 Prospect Avenue, Brooklyn, NY

Description: Existing vanilla box space fit-out for Key Foods Windsor Farms Supermarket, consisting of approximately 5,000 square feet on the ground floor and cellar.  Three separate commercial cooking areas were designed for hot food services.

Galloping Hills Golf Course Learning Center

Location: Kenilworth, NJ

Description: New construction facility for the Galloping Hills Golf Club containing Pro Shop, Golf Instructional Center, Gift Shop, Lounge and Full Commercial Cooking Kitchen.  Project was designed to be LEED certified.

Bricktown Shopping Center

Location: Staten Island, NY

Description: New Construction of three (3) new commercial buildings.  Building 1 contains over 50,000 square feet of retail space with tenants TJ Maxx, Michaels and Ulta.  Design included base building and fit-out of all tenant spaces.  Buildings 2 and 3 were 10,000 square feet each, designed for up to four tenants per building.

Connect One Bank

Location: 2455 Morris Avenue, Union, NJ

Description: Gut renovation and modernization of existing two-story bank, including customer service area and administrative offices, performed in five phases.

Hylan Boulevard Shopping Center

Location: 2590 and 2602 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island, NY

Description: New construction three (3) building shopping center.  Building 1 contains 30,000 square feet of retail space on two floors, with a Planet Fitness occupying the 2nd floor.  Building 2 is a one-story 8300 square foot site with three tenants: Chipotle Mexican Grill, Vitamin Shoppe, and AT&T Wireless.  The 3rd building is a developer pad site.

Island Reproductive Services and new strip mall

Location: 237 and 245 Richmond Valley Road, Staten Island, NY

Description: New construction two-building development consisting of a 3-story, 15,000 square foot medical office building, and a one-story, 7,500 square foot strip mall.  The medical office was fit-out for Island Reproductive Services and employed the latest filtration technology system by Life-Aire Systems.
